1. Shipping Locations

We proudly offer pan-India shipping. Whether you are located in Maharashtra, Karnataka, or any other state across India, we will deliver your orders directly to your provided address.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched on the same day or within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or national holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, the standard delivery time is 5 to 7 days, depending on your location and the distance from our warehouse. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges (Retail & Wholesale)

Because we cater to both retail and bulk wholesale customers, our shipping charges are structured as follows:

• Retail Orders: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight of the products and your delivery pin code.
• Bulk / Wholesale Orders: For heavy and large volume orders, products are typically dispatched via our trusted transport networks. In such cases, freight charges may be set to "To Pay" (Freight on Delivery), meaning the buyer will pay the exact transport charges directly to the transporter upon receiving the goods.

5. Shipment Tracking

Since we utilize Shiprocket for our deliveries, a tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email address or WhatsApp number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment.
