At Shree Sai Traders, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel an order. We strive to make our cancellation process as smooth and transparent as possible for both retail and wholesale customers.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order free of cost before it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Typically, orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.

• Retail Orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours or before the item is handed over to the courier partner (Shiprocket).
• Bulk / Wholesale Orders: Due to the large volume of agricultural goods, animal feed, or fertilizers, bulk orders must be cancelled prior to vehicle loading or transport arrangement.

2. How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team immediately with your Order ID:

• Contact us via WhatsApp or phone call at our official support number.
• Send us an email with the subject "Order Cancellation - [Your Order ID]".

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped, dispatched, or handed over to our logistics/transport partners. In such cases, you may choose to check our Return & Refund policy upon delivery.

4. Refund Process for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch and you have made an online payment, your refund will be initiated instantly. The amount will be credited back to your original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
