Return & Refund Policy

At Shree Sai Traders, we ensure quality checks before dispatching agricultural products, fertilizers, and animal feeds. However, if you face any issues with your order, our return and refund guidelines are outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (especially for animal feed and fertilizer bags).
• Products must be defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect/different from what you ordered.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID and unboxing video or photos of damaged goods) must be provided at the time of raising the request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

• Products that have been partially used or opened.
• Bulk wholesale orders where delivery was accepted and signed off without raising a transit damage claim immediately.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
• The credited amount will reflect in your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product delivered), Shree Sai Traders will bear the return shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping costs are non-refundable.
